1. Quotation: Provide detailed quotations based on customer requirements (product quality, specifications, materials, packaging, transportation, and payment methods).

2. Receiving orders and deposits: After the customer accepxs the quotation, the order is officially formed and a certain deposit is collected.

3. Production ordering: Communicate order details to the factory and arrange production plans.

4. Business approval: Review order details, prepare relevant documents such as export contract review forms, and save customer order faxes.

5. Issue production notice: After determining the delivery deadline, notify the factory to start production.

6. Production of bulk goods and quality inspection and packaging: Quality inspection is carried out after the production order is requested, and the goods are packaged after the inspection is completed.

7. Inspection: Arrange inspection before delivery. If the inspection is specified by the customer, notify the inspection time and personnel in advance.

8. Prepare basic documents: Collect and produce the necessary documents for export, such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc.

9. Product inspection: Complete the inspection at least one week before shipment and obtain the inspection certificate replacement certificate.
